Program Manager at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports Pathology Services by providing operational, financial, and analytical support to improve efficiency, financial stewardship, and strategic execution. This role serves as a key partner and coordinator, helping directors translate priorities into actionable plans while maintaining alignment with system goals and regulatory requirements.Provides ongoing management of data collection systems and the development of procedures for monitoring, validating, and reconciling data for accuracy. Creates customized reports based on analyses of data for dissemination.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field OR two years of equivalent management experience OR two years of increased responsibility and experience is required. Experience in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and planning is preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to work with all levels of management, establish, and maintain effective working relationships and be highly adaptable to high-paced clinical environment.
