  • Manage and mentor a team of evaluation professionals, fostering collaboration, skill development, and adherence to methodological standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data collection strategies, evaluation frameworks, and reporting systems.
  • Oversee project management, including budgets, timelines, workflows, and resource allocation for evaluation initiatives.
  • Ensure evaluation quality, rigor, ethical standards, and equitable data collection practices.
  • Produce executive-ready dashboards, briefs, and presentations to communicate findings to leadership, funders, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in evaluation and research, ideally in maternal, infant, or child health.
  • Proven leadership experience managing direct reports and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in mixed methods evaluation, integrating quantitative and qualitative data to inform findings.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and survey software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, Excel, Tableau, Qualtrics).
  • Experience contributing to grant writing, research manuscripts, and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to advancing health equity and translating evaluation into actionable impact.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Flexible remote work environment.
  • Professional development and mentorship opportunities.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact evaluation initiatives that inform strategy, funding, and policy.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven culture focused on improving health outcomes for moms and babies.
