Software Engineer Mid Level (Must currently possess an active TS/SCI with FS Poly) at Integrity Technology – Laurel, Maryland

With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Software Engineer.

Responsibilities:

The software engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based upon

documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for

adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software tradeoffs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement data pipelines at scale, including both the synthesis of new pipelines and the refactoring of existing pipelines to improve efficiency and code correctness.
• Monitor and improve existing data science tools in support of the transition from development to production systems.
• Design, implement, and enhance ML analytics using a wide variety of Python libraries, including, but limited to, PyTorch,
• NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Train, test, track, and curate models using standard tools and practices.
• Integrate GitOps for continuous integration and deployment of models using Docker scaling.
• Use AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS for building and deploying applications.
• Integrate model and tool outputs within Computer Network Defense (CND) systems and/or software tools to enhance, implement, and maintain the Security Management/Monitoring services and capabilities within the Agency IT Enterprise.
• Document all processes and code; provide comprehensive reports on the completed tasks.

• TS/SCI with FS Polygraph
• Seven (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science ore related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) additional years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Java, Experience in Python, Experience in Full stack

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $200-$225k
