Position Summary
As a BCBA in this home-based program, you are the architect of progress. You will design and oversee personalized ABA programs that bridge the gap between clinical theory and real-world application. This role offers the unique autonomy of managing cases in home, community, and virtual settings, supported by a team that values your professional judgment and commitment to ethical care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Strategy
Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate highly individualized treatment plans.
Design and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) across home, community, and virtual settings.
Review session notes and data recorded by Behavior Technicians (BTs) to monitor client progress and ensure technician proficiency.
Family & Team Collaboration
Deliver impactful parent training and cultivate professional, positive relationships with families.
Provide on-site supervision as necessary to ensure treatment integrity and efficient clinical progress.
Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for every child.
Qualifications
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a BCBA.
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Licensure: Valid Maryland State License (LBA) and a valid driver’s license are required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
