About This Position
Location: Pueblo, CO
Employment Type: Part-time or full-time (FT status is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $50 - $56 per visit

As a home health COTA, you’ll work with clients to support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve quality of life at home.

Requirements- Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- (New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping individuals to reach their full potential through home-based care
