This role offers the opportunity to drive sales growth and market share within a defined territory for continence care products. You will cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers, delivering consultative solutions that improve patient outcomes. The position combines business development, clinical knowledge, and strategic account management to achieve territory objectives. You will analyze market data, execute account plans, and identify opportunities to expand product adoption while maintaining ethical and professional standards. This role requires travel within the territory and involves direct interaction with healthcare systems, ensuring consistent and compliant access to clients. Success in this position relies on strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians and administrators
- Deliver product in-services, educate clients on product benefits, and consult on clinical and financial impacts
- Analyze territory data to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize growth
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies to maintain and grow market share
- Manage administrative responsibilities including CRM data, sales reporting, and expense tracking
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and expand networks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, or 2-year associate degree with 5+ years, or 7+ years of med tech sales experience
- Demonstrated consultative selling experience and ability to develop new and existing accounts
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Ability and willingness to travel 25–50%, including overnight travel
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of clinical and technical aspects of continence care products preferred
- Strong time management, organization, and administrative capabilities
