This role offers a unique opportunity to act as the technical bridge between a cutting-edge Voice AI platform and its growing ecosystem of partner platforms. You will ensure developers integrating through partner channels have seamless experiences, from discovering documentation to going live with production-grade integrations. This position involves creating high-fidelity integration examples, maintaining deep partner relationships, auditing developer journeys, and producing technical content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will collaborate across internal product, engineering, and field teams while representing the company in partner communities, conferences, and workshops. This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while influencing the broader ecosystem. Remote work with global collaboration is supported, with occasional travel for events and workshops.
- Develop, maintain, and open-source fully functional integration recipes that demonstrate platform capabilities within partner stacks
- Audit partner developer experiences, identify friction points, and produce actionable gap analyses to improve integration outcomes
- Build and sustain strong relationships with partner engineering and Developer Relations teams, coordinating joint documentation and content initiatives
- Act as the first user for partner integrations, detecting issues early and routing them to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
- Synthesize cross-functional intelligence from Field Engineering, Product, GTM, and partner teams to maintain comprehensive ecosystem context
- Represent the platform in partner and public developer communities, providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and listening to feedback
- Create technical content including blog posts, video walkthroughs, and “build-in-public” examples that showcase integration patterns
- Document scalable partner engagement playbooks and mentor internal teams on ecosystem and integration best practices
- Track measurable outcomes such as partner integration adoption, activation, and trial conversion rates to quantify impact
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering or Developer Relations
- Strong foundation in JavaScript, Python, .NET, or Go, with experience building APIs and front-end examples for technical audiences
- AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools for coding, content creation, research, and automation
- Proven experience coordinating across organizational boundaries and working with external developer teams
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly through writing, documentation, and code
- Experience engaging with developer communities and providing empathetic, technically accurate guidance
- Remote-friendly with ability to collaborate across global time zones, including occasional travel (~25%) for workshops and events
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Partner-focused Developer Relations experience
- Hands-on familiarity with AI agent frameworks, vector databases, and RAG architectures
- Experience with media and real-time protocols (WebSockets, WebRTC, gRPC)
- Track record of influencing engineering or product roadmaps through developer feedback
- Open-source contributions or leadership in developer communities
