President, Southwest at Renova One – Dallas, Texas

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a President, Southwest to lead and scale operations across the region, with a primary focus in the Dallas, TX market. This role is responsible for full P&L ownership across multiple markets, driving operational performance, team leadership, and client satisfaction within a fast-paced, service-based environment.

The ideal candidate is a steady, people-first operator with deep experience in multi-family services or adjacent industries, who knows how to balance growth with execution. This is not a “top-down” executive role - we’re looking for a calm, hands-on leader who builds strong teams, drives accountability, and creates consistency across locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Own and manage multi-site P&L performance across the Southwest region
• Drive operational consistency and execution across multiple business lines and locations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, margins, and service delivery
• Lead and develop regional leadership teams, including market leaders and operational managers
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Provide clear direction while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented leadership style
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key multi-family clients and partners
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery across all markets
• Support business development efforts by strengthening existing relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across the region
• Align regional strategy with overall company growth initiatives
• Partner closely with executive leadership on expansion, integration, and operational improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant industry or function
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field is preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience leading multi-site operations with full P&L ownership
• Background in multi-family, property services, construction services, or related industries
• Experience in a service-based business (not purely product-driven)
• Strong leadership presence - calm, steady, and solutions-focused
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a growing organization
• Strong financial acumen and operational decision-making skills
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
