Join our team as a Virtual Marketing and Sales Assistant!

Work Arrangement: Remote, Part-Time

Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm (4 hours daily)

We are a rapidly growing commercial real estate company, headquartered in South Florida and expanding nationwide. We specialize in leasing offices, industrial buildings, and retail spaces, representing companies seeking the perfect space to grow.

Your Mission

• Support the sales team with marketing strategies.

• Create and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

• Design graphic materials in Canva (brochures, ads, case studies).

• Develop email marketing campaigns and collect customer testimonials.

• Prepare market reports with visual charts.

• Maintain our Google Drive and marketing resources organized.

• Collaborate with the external CMO to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.

• Advanced English level (B2+, C1).

• Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• A portfolio or examples of previous marketing/design work will be considered a plus.

Key Skills

• Canva (graphic design and template organization).

• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

• Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets).

• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and testimonial collection platforms.
