Avera is currently seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

• Provide treatment to patients as they come for outpatient services in the therapy department.
• Able to work in a variety of areas including acute care, TCU/LTC, swing bed, pediatrics, outpatient adult.

Job Summary

• The Occupational Therapist is accountable for providing occupational therapy services to patients/clients, including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication to patient, caregivers, and other providers.

Education and/or Experience

• Post graduate education is required.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• 0-6 months of experience is required.
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• State of SD license is required.

Work Schedule

• Monday -Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
  • 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Occasional weekend and holiday

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $31.75 - $48.00 per hour
