Job Summary

• The Care Assistant II performs duties relative to patient care under the direct guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• The Care Assistant II is responsible for phlebotomy, collecting diagnostic data and assisting nursing personnel in providing patient care in their assigned areas.
• Responsible to perform clerical duties, reception duties and requisition of supplies, equipment or services as directed.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Nursing assistant certification preferred.

Work Schedule

• Day/Night shifts as needed, 6:00am-6:30pm and/or 6:00pm-6:30am; PRN

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
