Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and travel packages based on clients' preferences and budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide the most relevant information to clients.
  • Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate deals, discounts, and special offers for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to become proficient in using travel booking platforms and software.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
