Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake has partnered with a company in Wyoming who is hiring Lead Solderer Assembler.
Our partner is a leading PCBA company specializing in PCB assembly and electronic design for 29 years. Based in Stacy, Minnesota, they offer in-house support from prototyping to production for a wide range of markets, including industrial, medical, military, and law enforcement.
Their team of engineers provides top-notch electronic design and assembly services. They are committed to quality management, with ISO 9001:2015 certification for our PCB assembly processes. Our partners production times are efficient and can guide clients through the entire process from ideation to production, ensuring the clients retain ownership of their idea.
They utilize advanced technology, such as our MY700 jet printer and selective solder machine, to deliver versatile and agile prototyping services. The quality assurance is top-notch, with a 3D Automated Optical Inspection machine ensuring that each product meets the final specifications.
Schedule

• Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Evaluation-to-hire

Pay

• $20 an hour
• Weekly paychecks every Friday!

Responsibilities

• Fabrication, testing, troubleshooting, repairing,
• Modifying electronic developmental and production equipment.
• Maintaining parts, components, and systems according to engineering instructions and customer specifications.

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Drug screen required
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• 2 Year Electronic Degree or 5+ years of demonstrated relevant experience.
• Competency in repairing electronic circuit testing, troubleshooting and manufacturing at component level.
• NEEDS IPC CERTIFICATION.
