Mobility Service Agent - Full Time (Vista, CA) at Sol Trans Inc – Vista, California

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Mobility Driver to assist passengers. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of Ambulatory and/ or Wheelchair passengers.

We're looking to recruit candidates for a new program. The ideal candidate will have open availability, as schedules and shift times might fluctuate.

This position requires DOT regulated screening tests for candidates if given the position.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safe transportation of passengers.

Maintain the interior and exterior of company vehicles to promote a safe and comfortable environment for the passengers and project a positive image in the community.

Properly secure wheelchairs inside the vehicle.

Assist passengers with necessary equipment.

Assist passengers safely enter and exit vehicle.

Make complex decisions involving the safety of passengers.

Must have exemplary communication skills.

Must be detail orientated.

Must be flexible with work times and able to work independently.

Must have basic understanding of technology.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED.

Minimum 25 years old.

Must have a valid driver's license.

No Felonies

Must pass a drug screen and criminal history background checks.
