Taylor Farms is hiring a Sanitation Supervisor.

Position Reports To: Sanitation Manager

Job Duties Summary: The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily sanitation operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies, and supervising the sanitation team.

Job Specific Duties

1. Enforce all company sanitation policies and procedures.

2. Maintain an efficient and productive line of cooperation and communication with employees and supervisors.

3. Report all employee absences, tardiness, accidents, company rule infractions or job performance problems to the Sanitation Manager.

Essential duties and Responsibilities

1. Meet and maintain company objectives and sanitation standards.

2. Schedule, train, and supervise sanitation employees. Motivate staff and handle personnel issues.

3. Provides leadership and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.

4. Completes other duties as assigned

Skills required

1. Leadership and communication skills

4. Knowledge of regulatory norms and safety procedures

5. Bilingual – English / Spanish preferred

Schedule

Night shift starts at 7:30 pm until finish. 5-day work week. Day off will be Sunday night and another night during the week depending on business needs.

Compensation

$18.00/hour to $22.00/hour – depending on experience
