About This Position
Role: Performance Architect
Location: Bethesda, MD
Job Description:
• Performance Engineering
• High expertise in writing performance test plan and strategy, large dataset generation techniques in designing perf tests, Lead triage calls and troubleshooting exercises
• Ability to understand complex architecture of end to end systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, derive NFRs and workload model
• Strong scripting skills, scenario creation and execution with Neoload
• Ability to create dashboard/alerts/pull metrics from Dynatrace and Splunk
• Must have Experience with Jenkins/Harness pipeline creation and integration.
• Must have experience with EKS, AWS and capacity planning for nodes/containers.\ Java development experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge on Java microservice performance, Kafka and SQL
o-SQL DB performance
• Ability to lead performance center of excellence for the organization
