Dental Supervisor at Health Center, Inc. – New York, New York

Responsible for managing the administrative functions of a large New York City Dental Office based out in our Harlem location. Work as part of a larger healthcare team which consists of a wide range of dental professionals to deliver exceptional quality services to our Union members and their families. Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all administrative aspects of the dental practice.
• Evaluate dental staff to insure performance goals and organizational expectations are met.
• Orient and train new dental support staff.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and conduct in-service education for support staff.
• Develop and participate in quality assurance and risk management activities.
• Provide hands-on dental care as needed.
• Manage and performs other duties as assigned.

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences/Business Management/Health Administration preferred.
• 5 years of dental management experience and managing staff preferred.
• Prior experience with Dentrix preferred.

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually
