As a General Manager, you are the CEO of your store—responsible for people, product, profits, and guest experience. This role is ideal for a proven restaurant leader who thrives on ownership, coaching teams, and driving results.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and labor regulations
- Protect company assets, cash, and team safety
- Build a culture where team members feel valued, supported, and accountable
- Minimum 1 year of successful restaurant General Manager experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification; prior Marco's system experience
