IMAGING ASSISTANT at Morris Hospital – Morris, Illinois

• DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
  • A member of the healthcare team who supports the radiology team by transporting patients and assisting with patient care, including some clerical duties.
• QUALIFICATIONS
  • Professional/Educational
    • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
    • Certified by IDPH as a CNA or successful completion of the first level of RN or Radiology clinical education or comparable healthcare education required.
    • Medical terminology preferred.
    • Computer experience preferred.
    • Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
    • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
  • Personal
    • Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct.
    • Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others.
    • Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.
    • Ability to follow directions accurately.
    • Has the ability to work very closely with all employees, patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital employees.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
