ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Monitor and provide effective performance feedback to team members through recognition, coaching, and disciplinary action with the assistance of the project HR Business Partner.
• Provide proper communication between upper management and team members and vice versa.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and purchasing department.
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating warehouse and purchasing teams.
• Provide performance feedback and address disciplinary issues.
• Supervise the receiving process, checking deliveries against purchase orders.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and identifying discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Led and trained warehouse staff on proper handling, safety procedures, and inventory management practices.
• Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
• Reconcile purchase orders and ensure proper coding.
• Participate in Corporate financial meetings (project level) as required.
• Coordinate with corporate staff on vehicle tracking, maintenance, turn-in, or acquisition.
• Advise Project Manager in logistic operations.
• Fill in as required during personnel shortages.
• Must be available 24/7 for any urgent purchases or logistical requirements to support 24/7 operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
