EHS Manager at Sparrow Company LLC – St. Joseph, Missouri

EHS Manager with 5+ years of experience is ideal including but not limited to:

• Basic technical competency to deal with local, state and federal laws including OSHA and workers compensation
• Hands on working knowledge of in plant training and gap analysis with front line workers
• Driving improvements including implementation of company programs to ensure safety culture is fostered and sustained
• Presentation skills for stakeholders including metric reports for compliance with action plans
• Computer literate – prefer LIMS but general safety programs to capture near misses, flash reports etc. – Microsoft office (PPT, Word, etc.)
• SME for all things safety to assist with working closely with Plant Manager, Regional Managers and other stakeholders.
