Your combined expertise in analytics and leadership will foster a data-driven culture and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics capabilities.Accountabilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and ensure delivery of actionable insights.
- Be a technical reference in the team, leading complex data initiatives and helping define data models and reporting frameworks.
- Own and deliver analyses that guide business and product decisions, communicating findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Own the dashboards and KPI strategy, ensuring analytical solutions drive decision-making, scalability, and consistency across teams.
- Help design new product features alongside PMs and engineers, from the ideation phase to post-launch impact measurement.
- Support the development and documentation of robust, scalable, and reusable SQL models and pipelines.
- Mentor Data Analysts and contribute to a strong data culture across your team.
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Analysis, including 2+ years operating as Senior Data Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience leading analytics teams or major cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Datadog.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other analysts.
- Hybrid Model (2 work-from-home days per week plus 6 weeks per year)
