About This Position
As a Product Owner at Daxko, you’ll sit at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical delivery. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and agile delivery teams to turn real customer problems into clear, actionable work that results in meaningful, high-quality software.
You’ll be a trusted voice for our customers, helping teams stay focused on outcomes, value, and impact. If you enjoy collaborating across disciplines, bringing clarity to complexity, and seeing your work come to life in products customers rely on, this role is for you.
- Act as the voice of the customer within an agile development team, guiding day-to-day product decisions
- Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Create, refine, and prioritize epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to maximize product value
- Own and manage the product backlog, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs
- Lead sprint and release planning, including setting goals and ensuring teams deliver against them
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and Quality Engineers to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery
- Identify and help mitigate risks that could impact sprint or release goals
- Validate that acceptance criteria are met and represent customer and business needs during sprint reviews
- Contribute to product documentation and launch materials alongside Product Management and Marketing
- Deliver product demos for internal and external audiences
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams when needed

Experience & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role
- Hands-on experience with agile practices and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile)
- Proven ability to prioritize and negotiate a backlog with engineers and senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Agile, Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing, or Project Management certifications
- Experience supporting or leading multiple scrum teams
- Experience partnering with UX teams to design thoughtful, user-centered solutions
