About This Position
Location: Remote - US
Position Type: Full time
Requisition ID: JR10238
Description
Ensure High‑Quality, Reliable EHR‑Integrated Workflows that Power Veradigm Payer Insights (VPI)
Payers and providers depend on accurate, efficient workflows inside their EHRs to identify and address patient gaps, improve quality performance, and streamline provider documentation. Veradigm’s Payer Insights (VPI) product brings payer‑driven insights directly into provider workflows—closing care gaps, reducing administrative burden, and enabling better outcomes at the point of care.
VPI integrates with multiple EHR systems, processes large volumes of clinical and claims data, and delivers insights directly to providers where they work. Ensuring these workflows function flawlessly is mission‑critical—and that’s where this role comes in.
As the VPI Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be the guardian of workflow quality, reliability, and interoperability across diverse EHR environments.
Role Overview
As the VPI Quality Assurance Analyst, you will own the quality validation of workflows, data integrations, and provider experiences across multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. You’ll lead the creation and execution of test plans, strengthen the VPI QA program, and ensure that both new development and customer‑specific implementations meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has hands‑on experience working with multiple EHRs and clinical workflows
- Understands provider personas, clinical processes, and healthcare operational realities
- Learns new systems and technologies quickly and deeply
- Enjoys becoming the subject matter expert (SME) on EHR workflows and VPI integration behavior
- Thrives in a fast‑changing environment with minimal supervision
- Brings a proactive growth mindset and strong ownership mentality
You will play a key role in ensuring that VPI delivers a seamless, trusted experience to providers and customers every release.
What You Will Own & Deliver
Develop & Maintain a Robust VPI QA Program
- Strengthen and continuously improve the QA framework for VPI application development and workflow delivery
- Maintain QA policies, processes, and documentation—and ensure teams understand and follow them
- Partner with Veradigm’s enterprise QA organization to align on best practices and drive continuous improvement

EHR Workflow & Integration Quality Validation
- Validate point‑of‑care workflows across multiple EHR platforms (e.g., TouchWorks, VEHR, Practice Fusion, Epic, NextGen, Athena, eCW, etc.)
- Become the SME for how VPI insights appear and function within each EHR’s workflow
- Test end‑to‑end interoperability—data ingestion → VPI processing → EHR workflow delivery
- Identify differences in workflow behavior between EHRs and ensure correct configuration and output
- Validate that alerts, tasks, messages, and provider-facing elements function as intended
Support Development & Product Teams
- Ensure SME-to-SME and Developer-to-Developer peer reviews occur before QA testing
- Work closely with Product and Engineering during new development, customer implementations, monthly refresh cycles, and continuous enhancement initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and execute QA test cases and acceptance criteria across dev, demo, and production environments
- Document defects clearly and collaborate with the team to drive fast, high‑quality resolution
