Position Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals at our clinic located in Greensboro. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Pharmacist Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, including NC Board of Pharmacy requirements; serve as Pharmacy Compliance Officer.
  • Oversee accreditation, audits, investigations, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Manage prescription dispensing, patient counseling, documentation, and reporting of dispensing incidents.
  • Oversee third-party billing, claims submission, credentialing, and re-credentialing
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, ordering, pricing discrepancies, returns, and outdates.
  • Oversee courier and pharmaceutical delivery processes
  • Maintain accurate prescription records and ensure effective use of pharmacy technology
  • Lead hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and development of pharmacy staff
  • Manage payroll, productivity, and operate within budgetary guidelines
  • Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and the clinical team to support coordinated patient care
  • Support patient funding initiatives, including foundation grant monitoring
  • Participate in required trainings, meetings, and audits; report updates to leadership
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy

Experience:

  • Previous experience: 2yrs or more as a pharmacist
  • QS1 software experience
