Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our technology team. This role is ideal for a student or entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support within a professional environment. The intern will assist in resolving user issues, maintaining systems, and supporting daily technology operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve break/fix helpdesk tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Support end users with Windows domain account issues, Microsoft 365, and Azure-related services.
- Troubleshoot common desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems.
- Assist with hardware setup, imaging, and basic network connectivity testing.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base resources.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
- Help maintain IT asset inventory and update system records.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with cloud identity management tools preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing school and work commitments.

- Position is hourly, non-exempt, up to 20 hours per week.
