We are seeking an experienced Print Customer Service Representative with proven project-management ability to support our sales staff and manage complex commercial printing projects from intake through delivery. This position will report directly to the Production Manager. You will be working with a team that values accuracy, speed, and disciplined adherence to internal procedures. This role requires someone who understands the pace, precision, and technical demands of offset, digital, and variable-data production, not a call-center CSR, but a true manufacturing partner.

• Serve as the primary internal contact for sales staff and clients regarding all job specifications, schedules, and production requirements.
• Ensure all job details are accurately captured and maintained in Monarch.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Production, Prepress, Digital, and Docutech teams to keep jobs moving and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage soft-proof and hard-proof workflows using established internal procedures (Docutech, Indigo, Variable Data).
• Track jobs throughout the plant, verify status, and escalate delays immediately.
• Communicate with outside vendors to confirm commitments and timelines.
• Prepare quote requests for estimating and follow through to ensure accuracy.
• Review and prepare billing information to ensure complete and correct job costing.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are non-negotiable.

Salary

$60k+ Salary commensurate with proven experience
