Intake & Case Coordinator at Lighthouse CH – Brooklyn, New York

We are looking for a sharp, organized professional to manage the client lifecycle for our North Carolina branch from our New York headquarters.

You will be the primary link between new families, our clinical staff, and our leadership team.

This is a full time in-office position.

• Intake Management: Guide potential North Carolina clients through the initial inquiry and onboarding process.
• Staffing & Coordination: Pair new clients with Behavior Technicians (BTs) based on schedule and clinical fit.
• Case Oversight: Act as the logistical lead for active cases—managing schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring operational continuity.
• Branch Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for NC field staff regarding administrative needs.

• Fast learner who can take ownership of a process and run with it
• Previous work in an ABA setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills

• You’ll play a critical role in expanding our services to children with autism who live in North Carolina
• You work remotely with clients but have the benefit of working in person in a supportive and collaborative office environment in Brooklyn
