Lead Therapist (Masters Level)

We’re excited to offer an opportunity to become a Lead Therapist! This role is designed for clinicians who are energized for growth and interested in developing their leadership skills while continuing to provide high-quality client care. As a Lead Therapist, you’ll play an important role in supporting your peers, helping strengthen collaboration within your small group pod, and contributing to the continued growth of our clinical community.

Core Skills:

1. Familiarity and understanding/embodiment of TCP Vision, Values, goals and organizational structure.

2. Familiarity with clinical policies & procedures, and SOP’s. Ability to provide input and guidance with revisions as needed.

3. Superuser of the EHR system.

4. Familiarity with technology stack (general computer troubleshooting, communication platforms, new tech tools) and ability to support use in others.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a caseload while supporting a pod of clinicians.

  2. Clinical Documentation Quality Oversight

  3. Clinical Care Quality Oversight

  4. Provider Schedule Oversight

  5. Provider Support, Retention & Culture Building

  6. Provider Onboarding Participation

  7. Communication & Responsiveness

  8. Leadership Collaboration

  9. Other duties as assigned to fit business needs

Qualifications:
  • Licensed in NY or willing to obtain NY licensure

  • Supervisor or lead clinician experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years post-licensure experience

  • Preferred experience in an outpatient private practice setting, in performing 45-60 min sessions

Location:
  • New York-Based: Hybrid | All Other Locations: Remote

  • Positions needed in EST, CST, or PST

Salary:
  • Masters Level: $80,000-$110,000, based on experience and qualifications
