  • Partner with Cerner, VA TAC, and EHRM leadership to support task order development and ensure timelines are met
  • Support government-led analysis including market research, ROI assessments, and alternatives analysis
  • Contribute to both tactical and strategic planning efforts
  • Track and guide acquisition packages through the EHRM-IO process to ensure progress and completion
  • Produce high-quality written materials, presentations, and visual content (e.g., PowerPoint, infographics)
  • Conduct research, analysis, and technical writing aligned with federal government standards

  • Proven ability in technical writing, editing, and producing government-standard documentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders
  • Master’s degree required in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or a related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline
    • OR 8+ additional years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations (e.g., Cerner)
  • Background in Health IT or federal healthcare programs

Why join Emerging Tech? This is an opportunity to support a high-impact, mission-critical VA modernization initiative, work alongside federal and industry leaders in healthcare IT, and contribute to large-scale digital transformation efforts.
