Major responsibilities: (most important tasks)

1. Responsible for Branch Supreme Serv Budget Achievement.

2. Maintain the relation and business with customers, dealers & ASC’s for Supreme Serve business

on regular basis and submit the forecast with proper back ups.

3. Regular visit to customers, discuss about the spares availability & general enquiry, Submit offer in

consultant with TSS & Branch Manager & follow up with customer to get the PO.

4. Send the Indent to TSS for booking of orders & follow up with CM for timely delivery of materials.

5. Generate Repair, Replacement of KSB pump & competition make pump & ensure timely order

receipt.

6. Generate MIL make ARC valve business.

7. Arrange technical training program & seminars at customers plant for generation of supreme Serv

business.

8. Ensure timely collection of payment & ABG/PBG if any.

9. Track competition activities & inform to BO/ZO on time.

Requirement profile: Formal education: Diploma /Degree in Mechanical/Electrical

Professional experience: In years: 2 to 5 years.
