SCHEDULE:
- 36 hours per week
- 5 Days of the week
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as [insert the clinic’s dental software here] is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
