The position requires close collaboration with operations, workforce management, and HR teams, linking call center KPIs to financial outcomes. With a fully remote setup on a US-shift schedule, this role combines autonomy with high visibility, enabling you to influence strategic financial planning and cost management. - Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reports across BPO operations
- Analyze revenue and cost drivers, connecting call center metrics (AHT, SLA, Occupancy, Attrition, Shrinkage) to financial outcomes
- Develop financial models to evaluate operational and workforce decisions for profitability
- Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR to align staffing and productivity with financial goals
- Track, report, and provide insights on business KPIs across clients, projects, and delivery centers
- Support pricing, costing, and profitability analysis for existing and new client engagements
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements
- Drive accountability for budget adherence across cost centers and client programs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A within a BPO or call center environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to link operational metrics to financial performance
- Deep understanding of call center KPIs such as AHT, SLA, FTE efficiency, attrition, and absenteeism
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup, supporting US time zones
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Competitive compensation: INR 1.5 Lakhs per month (CTC 18 Lakhs per annum)
