Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of production employees to consistently achieve production targets, safety KPIs, and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Enforce and promote compliance with all safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock, ensuring efficient utilization of materials and resources.
• Train and onboard new employees on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support employee development and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance operational performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate and timely production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards, Lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production scheduling systems and ERP platforms preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
