• Run the machines, own the process – You'll operate our packing machines like a boss, ensuring accurate weights, seal integrity, and just the right amount of seasoning.

• Pre-production prep – Get machines ready before the shift starts and fine-tune them on the fly for different product runs.

• Change it up – Switch out rolls of film, adjust formers, and make quick adjustments to keep production smooth.

• Seasoning scientist – Set and monitor the flow to make sure every chip gets the flavor it deserves.

• Inspector mode: ON – Manually check, inspect, and hand-pack bags to keep quality top-notch.

• Box it, sticker it, ship it – Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases to customer specs like a packaging ninja.

• Be a clean machine – Sanitize equipment and keep your area (and yourself) production-ready.

• Safety + Food Quality = Always – Follow all GMPs, safety protocols, and food quality standards.

• Fast-paced

• Occasionally wet and oily

• Always full of energy, teamwork, and the satisfying smell of fresh snacks

• Have experience in manufacturing or machine operation (or are just quick to learn and eager to grow)

• Are comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

• Enjoy solving small problems quickly and keeping production moving

Pay: $20.50/hr. Pay includes a $19.50 base pay and a $1.00 shift differential.
