Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full operational value chain, including procurement, inventory, production planning, manufacturing, and logistics
• Lead production activities to meet output targets while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime
• Manage global supply chain operations to ensure timely material flow and cost control
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost reduction initiatives, and capital expenditure projects
• Develop and monitor KPIs using data analytics and BI tools to drive informed decision-making
• Utilize data and operational analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to promote accountability, performance, and safety

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing environments (defense, aerospace, or automotive preferred)
• Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics platforms
• Proven ability to manage global supply chains and work with international stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to lead diverse teams and engage in executive leadership
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution
