Oracle Integration Lead (OIC Architect) at OmegaHires – Houston, Texas

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Lead (OIC Architect) to design, develop, and lead integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud and on-premise integrations, Oracle middleware technologies, and Oracle SaaS ecosystems.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

• Lead design and development of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Architect and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems
• Develop reusable integration components following best practices and coding standards
• Configure and manage OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, File, DB, etc.)
• Set up and manage OIC Connectivity Agent for on-premise integrations
• Design and implement data mappings across JSON, XML, and other formats
• Work on Oracle SaaS integrations using BIP, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders for ERP Cloud Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, and delivery
• Ensure robust error handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration teams

• 12–14+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong recent experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA, OSB)
• Hands-on experience in:
  • RESTful & SOAP web services
  • XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL
  • API integrations and data transformation
• Experience integrating:
  • Oracle SaaS applications
  • On-premise systems using DB, File, BIP, FBDI
• Strong knowledge of:
  • OIC Adapters (REST, SOAP, File, DB)
  • OIC Connectivity Agent
  • Application Adapters and configurations
• Experience with:
  • VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)
  • IDCS (Identity Cloud Service)
  • Fusion Extensions
  • BI / OTBI Reports
• Strong understanding of cloud implementation methodologies

• Solution architecture & integration design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder management
• Ability to work in fast-paced, global delivery environments

• Experience in ERP Cloud implementations
• Exposure to full lifecycle implementations (Fit-Gap, Design, Build, Deploy)
• Experience working with global teams
