About This Position
Project Coordinator | Full-Time Office Role
Dino Painting is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator to help keep our production team organized, our homeowners informed, and our projects moving.
This is an in-office role based in Castle Shannon. You will work closely with our Production Manager, Project Managers, crews, and homeowners every day. A lot of this role is phone work, coordination, scheduling, follow-through, and keeping everyone on the same page.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily with the Production Manager, Project Managers, and crews
- Communicate with homeowners by phone, text, and email
- Help schedule jobs and keep production calendars organized
- Support job progress with updates, confirmations, and follow-through
- Keep project information accurate and organized in company systems
- Help the team stay ahead of issues and keep projects moving smoothly
$40,000 - $58,000 yearly

Qualifications:
Pay
- $40,000 base salary
- Performance incentives up to $1,500 per month
- Up to $58,000 total annual compensation
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch
- During peak season, some half-day Saturdays may be expected
- Busy season is typically June through September
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone
- Able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced office
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using software, calendars, and job tracking systems
- Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred
