Job Summary:
We're looking for enthusiastic, safety-focused individuals to support operations on our renowned Beretta Trident Sporting Clays Course and shooting ranges. As a Clay Shooting Club Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a premium, safe shooting experience while assisting with daily range activities. No prior experience required—full training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate automatic traps to launch clay targets (singles, pairs, report pairs, or specialty presentations) promptly and accurately in response to shooter commands.
Score shots for individuals, groups, and events, maintaining precise records.
Strictly enforce safety rules (e.g., monitoring safe gun handling, requiring eye/ear protection, and controlling access to shooting areas).
Welcome guests, provide basic guidance for beginners, load targets into machines, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist with setup and cleanup: Stock trap machines, collect hulls, pick up debris, and maintain clean, attractive stations and paths.
Support corporate events, lessons, tournaments, and group outings on our 15-station course, 5-stands, or wobble trap.
Perform light maintenance and report any issues with equipment or facilities.
Occasionally assist with golf cart operations or guest transport around the grounds.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in varying Georgia weather.
Strong commitment to safety and exceptional guest service—friendly, professional demeanor essential.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs (cases of clays), stand/walk for extended periods, and perform active tasks.
Comfortable in a firearms environment (comprehensive safety training provided; shooting experience a plus but not required).
Flexible availability, especially weekends and holidays.
