Job Overview: The Revenue Cycle Quality Trainer is responsible for providing training, curriculum development, project organization and implementation, as well as quality assurance functions across the Revenue Cycle enterprise at all locations. The incumbent will be knowledgeable in all end-user systems and applications relative to Revenue Cycle management for the purpose of educating and training Revenue Cycle staff on systems and operational processes. Qualifications: Required:-
HS diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes and systems

5 years in healthcare insurance billing or account follow-up

Full-Time, Hourly position– 37.5 hours a week
Travel to System locations as needed
- Ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output,
- Facilitate training programs to meet the needs of the business across the Revenue Cycle enterprise.
- Maintain training documentation/manuals and job-aides to assure the successful performance outcomes of the group.
- Assist in the development and facilitation of new hire on-boarding and existing hire continuing education.
- Other duties to support revenue cycle.
- When asked, performs other duties as assigned to support revenue cycle operations.
- Perform high level account review and analysis.
- Perform high level account review and analysis to support department and A/R management.
- Quality monitoring & Training Needs.
- Reports to Revenue Cycle Leaders quality monitoring results and any identified and/or recommended training needs and deficiencies.
- Reviews all Quality indicators to monitor trends and determine where training deficiencies exist.
- Implements corrective action plans as necessary for the deployment of training and/or process improvement efforts.
- Monitors and assists in process and problem resolution, integrating efforts with training needs and quality monitoring.
- Acts as support to leadership team to oversee and ensure overall department methodology, strategy and objectives are met.
- Coach and mentor existing and newly hired members of the team as needed.
- Provides a compassionate and supportive environment with prompt and consistent service.
- Adheres to patient rights: provides for the confidential treatment of all communications and records.
- Demonstrates professionalism with families, visitors, physicians, co-workers and supervisors.
- Listens and communicates effectively.
- Supports teamwork by cooperative problem solving through participation in meetings, projects, etc.
- Utilizes principles of continuous quality improvement in all work situations to assess, measure and improve organizational and department functions.
- Organizes work sets priorities with a minimum of supervision and seeks guidance as appropriate.

- Demonstrates sound judgment; accepts and benefits from constructive criticism.
- Participates in ongoing education as require.
