Job Overview

Splendid Gardens LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Account Manager to oversee residential landscaping projects across Dallas and the surrounding suburbs. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising maintenance and installation crews, managing client relationships, assisting the company owners, and ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and comfortable in both the field and in communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and installation crews on-site

  • Meet regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

  • Assist company owners with scheduling, logistics, and field operations

  • Monitor landscape quality, safety, and crew performance

  • Conduct minor irrigation troubleshooting and maintenance

  • Pick up supplies and ensure crews are properly equipped for each job

  • Support ongoing improvement of workflow, customer service, and field operations

  • Represent Splendid Gardens professionally in all client and vendor interactions

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or management

  • Strong knowledge of residential landscaping and irrigation systems

  • Familiarity with landscape design and construction techniques

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Professional and personable communication style with customers and team members

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple crews

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
