Location: This is an in-office position in Carrollton, TX.

Only candidates who are able to make the commute to our agency location in Carrollton, TX will be considered for this role.

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (base salary plus bonus)

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance with policy changes, billing, claims, and general insurance questions. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others and wants to develop a long-term career in a stable and respected agency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional support to clients on phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process policy updates, renewals, and billing inquiries accurately
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Customer service or office experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful but not required
• Must have experience in a State Farm agency.
• Must have an Active Property and Casualty Insurance license.
