Colorado Pond Pros is hiring a Field Technician to support the construction, installation, and maintenance of custom ponds, waterfalls, and water features across the Colorado Front Range. This is a hands-on, outdoor construction role offering paid training, strong overtime opportunities during peak months, and clear paths for advancement.

This position is ideal for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and learning a specialized trade while being part of a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

• Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of ponds, waterfalls, and custom water features

• Perform hands-on outdoor labor at residential and commercial project sites

• Operate company trucks, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently

• Support crew leaders and teammates to keep projects on schedule

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

• Interact with clients on-site and contribute to a positive, 5-star customer experience

• Learn specialized pond construction techniques and materials through paid, hands-on training

• Follow all company safety procedures and field standards

• Prior work experience preferred (construction, landscaping, trades, or outdoor labor)

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; training provided

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Willingness to learn new skills and take coaching

• Positive, team-focused attitude

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to safely lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor

• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Valid drivers license

• No DUI or major driving violations

• Smartphone required for communication and scheduling

• Reliable transportation to the Longmont, CO shop

• Background check required as part of onboarding (in compliance with applicable laws)

• $20.00$23.00+ per hour, based on experience
