Quality Admin Job Description

• Compile and generate documentation for PPAP submissions
• Create Quality Alerts where necessary for found nonconformances
• Create RMA paperwork for rejections found at the customer
• Track internal and external scrap generation
• Update VMCR log to record milestones in RCCA process
• Work with QA team to create Control Plans and PFMEA
• Digitize physical paperwork into PLEX ERP system
• May be required to help on shop floor with miscellaneous inspections

Quality Admin Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing or related industry associate’s degree or related business experience.
• High level organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with high standard of ethical behavior
• Must be process oriented and team player.
• Must be proficient in office, and use of computers.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
