SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care.
• Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies.
• Perform venipuncture and Phlebotomy.
• Administer IM injections.
• Take vitals and perform related supervised functions.
• Assist with electro cardiograms.
• Maintain lab equipment, documentation of all lab results and quality control
• Weekly inventory and ordering
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory.

Requirements:

• Training and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered and undisciplined) either in Ohio or Multi state
• High School Diploma
• Pass criminal Background check
• Position is Part time, 30 hours per week which is about 2.5 days per week

Clinical Hours of operation:

Hours of operation: M- 8-5, Tu 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and Sat 8a-12pm (Rotating Saturdays)
Available to train for two full weeks M-F 8-5, after 2 weeks position moves to part- time.

Job Type: Part- Time

Expected Hours: up to 30 hours a week.

Work Location: One Location

Salary: $30 an hour
