Job Summary

The Gear Operations Associate supports daily warehouse operations and assists with the delivery and pickup of VayKLife beach gear. This role is primarily warehouse-based, with deliveries required every weekend and occasionally during the week based on operational needs. Candidates will begin working in the warehouse and will be trained over time on driving, delivery routes, and proper trailer attachment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, clean, and stage beach gear and equipment in the warehouse

• Assist with loading and unloading gear for daily delivery routes

• Perform inventory checks and report damaged or missing items

• Support beach gear deliveries and pickups on weekends and occasionally during the week

• Drive company vehicles after completing required training

• Learn proper trailer hitching, safety checks, and delivery procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to back a trailer

• Ability to lift and move heavy gear and equipment

• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment

• Willingness to learn delivery operations and trailer setup

• Reliable attendance, with weekend availability required
