Requirements
  • Experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience designing and deploying Kubernetes-based infrastructure in production environments.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture and experience working with major cloud providers.
  • Familiarity with modern infrastructure and application delivery practices, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and automation tools.
  • Experience integrating and deploying projects from the cloud-native ecosystem, including tools commonly used within the CNCF landscape.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly when helping customers resolve complex technical adoption challenges.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product, and executive teams within large organizations.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Nice to have:
  • Active participation in open-source communities related to Kubernetes or cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience contributing to open-source projects, publishing technical content, or speaking at technology conferences.
  • Prior experience working in startup environments or distributed remote teams.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience and location
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible collaboration across global teams
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Paid time off and company holidays to support work-life balance
  • Retirement and financial planning programs where applicable
  • Opportunities for professional development and technical learning
