This role is responsible for shaping and executing global access and pricing strategies for oncology assets, ensuring timely and sustainable patient access across priority markets. The Director will embed payer and HTA requirements into clinical development, launch planning, and lifecycle management. Acting as the global access lead on cross-functional teams, this position partners with HEOR, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance functions to align strategy with regional execution. The role involves designing value-based pricing, reference pricing mitigation, and reimbursement strategies, while monitoring competitive dynamics and global market trends. - Develop and implement global pricing and access strategies for CRC assets, including launch sequencing and price corridor management across key markets
- Identify payer-relevant evidence needs and partner with HEOR to align evidence generation with global reimbursement requirements
- Assess competitive dynamics, line-of-therapy positioning, and combination therapy reimbursement implications
- Guide EU Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) strategy and submissions in collaboration with regional teams
- Provide strategic direction to regional teams on pricing implementation, negotiation readiness, and reimbursement risk mitigation
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, HEOR, and Medical Affairs
- Monitor and communicate global access and pricing trends, competitor activities, and policy changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Ph.D., PharmD, MD, MSc in Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, or related field) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in market access and pricing, with global leadership exposure preferred
- Proven experience in oncology product pricing and reimbursement
- Deep understanding of global payer systems and HTA processes, including AMNOG, Chuikyo, NICE, and other EU frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing global pricing strategies, value-based pricing, launch sequencing, and reference pricing mitigation
- Strong skills in pricing regulations, early pricing analysis, and country-level negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to support clinical development to satisfy payer/HTA evidence requirements
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
