  • Establish governance models and review boards to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines, security policies, and operational standards
  • Partner with cloud, AI, and engineering teams to optimize infrastructure, improve developer productivity, and accelerate technology platform evolution
  • Guide application, integration, and data architectures, promoting event-driven and API-first approaches across all technology ecosystems
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence strategic technology investments and prioritize initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence across the architecture organization

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of technology delivery experience, with 10+ years as a hands-on Enterprise or Platform Architect in complex technology environments
  • 3+ years leading architecture teams, including direct and indirect reports, with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent
  • Proven experience in cloud-based platforms, at-scale content production and distribution, and data quality frameworks
  • Expertise in SaaS, DaaS, and Agentic technology deployments, preferably in geospatial or large-scale content domains
  • Strong skills in architectural governance, strategic planning, and operational execution
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and diagrammatic skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping, PoC development, and driving architectural transformation initiatives

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range: $177,200 – $244,000 USD, with bonus potential
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and parental leave policies
  • 401(k) plan with company contributions
  • Health Savings Account (HSA), life insurance, and employee assistance programs
  • Pet insurance, flexible remote work options, and professional development opportunities
  • Opportunity to lead and shape a global architecture organization in a fast-growing technology environment
