Description:

People Operations Specialist
Full-Time | Onsite | 4-Day Workweek (32 Hours)
$31.00 – $35.65 hourly (approximately $51,584 – $59,322 annually)

About the Role

At Addictions Recovery Center (ARC), the strength of our work starts with our people. Creating an environment where staff feel supported, equipped, and able to show up fully takes consistency, care, and strong systems behind the scenes.

As a People Operations Specialist, you are a key part of that foundation. You ensure the details are right—from credentialing and compliance to benefits and HR systems—so nothing falls through the cracks. Your work creates clarity, reduces friction, and helps staff focus on what matters most: supporting clients in recovery.

This is work that supports recovery—on a schedule that respects your life.

Why You’ll Love Working at ARC

  • A true four-day, 32-hour workweek that supports real work-life balance
  • A collaborative team where your work supports staff across the entire organization
  • Clear communication and accessible leadership that keep you informed and supported
  • A values-driven culture grounded in transparency, equity, and respect
  • Meaningful work where your attention to detail keeps systems running, removes barriers, and supports staff in doing their best work

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day work focuses on keeping core people operations running smoothly—supporting credentialing, benefits, and HR systems with accuracy, consistency, and care.

On a typical week, you will:

  • Coordinate and maintain credentialing processes, ensuring licenses, certifications, and documentation remain current and compliant
  • Track deadlines, renewals, and application statuses to keep providers and programs aligned
  • Support employee benefits processes, including enrollments, changes, and ongoing maintenance
  • Serve as a resource for staff questions related to benefits, credentialing, and HR systems
  • Maintain accurate, organized records across HRIS and tracking systems
  • Reconcile data across systems (e.g., benefits, payroll, invoices) and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and support audits, site reviews, and compliance reporting
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely follow-up and coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and overall efficiency
  • Apply a detail-oriented, service-focused approach that supports a consistent and reliable employee experience.
